Knotty is a collection of playful furniture made from ‘knitted’ plastic waste. The Regenerative Home is a new report from IKEA’s independent research and design lab, SPACE10, which “takes a closer look at how we can collectively design dwellings that close the loop, give back, and produce more than they consume”. The report includes global case studies and “key statistics powering the movement towards regenerative living”. Download it here

The Bloomberg Green Docs competition offers a $25,000 grand prize for a short climate documentary. Films should address “the urgency of climate change” and be no longer than 10 minutes. The winner will be announced at the Bloomberg Green Docs Film Festival in Los Angeles in October 2023. Deadline: 1 September. Details here

Perhaps this might make Americans take Climate Change more seriously: apparently it is affecting baseball. Research published in the Bulletin of the American Meteorological Society claims that warming air temperatures are leading to more home runs being hit in the professional game.
